Title of Job: Remote Business Analyst - Claim Automation
Location: REMOTE (anywhere in the US) or Onsite in Minnetonka, MN
CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Business Analyst - Claim Automation for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN (near the intersection of Bren Rd and Blue Cir Dr). This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.
Job Summary
The Remote Business Analyst - Claim Automation is primarily responsible for the delivery of claims automation initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements, insights, and actionable solutions. The position partners closely with stakeholders to drive efficient execution, data?driven decisions, and continuous process improvement.
Pay: $22+ an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (must be flexible to work with offshore)

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately
Job Duties:
Capture, document, and maintain clear business requirements, functional specifications, and end?to?end use cases to support solution design and delivery
Perform complex business and data analysis to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform decision?making across initiatives
Own deliverables from concept through implementation, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives
Partner with cross?functional stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and translate business needs into actionable solutions
Drive ongoing process improvements and provide strategic input to enhance operational efficiency and support long?term business goals
Requirements
5 - 10 years of experience using Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
Strong expertise in data analysis and modeling to support business decision?making
Hands?on experience with process mapping, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
Highly Preferred
Large corporation experience
Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
