Were seeking an experienced Home Health Administror / Director of Operions who is passione about clinical excellence, operional performance, and team development.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupional Therapist (OT) with proven experience in home health operions, Medicare compliance, and census growth .

Position Summary

The Administror / Director of Operions Home Health provides stregic and operional leadership for the home health agency. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, regulory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and pient outcomes , while driving growth and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall operional and clinical leadership for home health agency operions

Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participion, ste regulions, and company policies

Oversee OASIS accuracy, PDGM and RCD compliance, and QAPI initiives

Drive census growth through referral management and market engagement

Ensure highquality, pientcentered care and interdisciplinary coordinion

Lead budgeting, financial performance, and productivity management

Recruit, develop, and retain highperforming clinical and operional staff

Maintain effective infection control, pient rights, and risk management programs

Utilize MrixCare and performance da to drive outcomes

Required:

• Active, unrestricted RN, PT, or OT license
• Proven leadership experience of least two (2) years in home health administrion or operions
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulions
• Demonstred success in staff leadership, compliance, and census growth
• Bachelors degree with training and experience in healthcare administrion

Preferred

• Previous experience as a Home Health Administror, Director of Operions, or Clinical Leader
• Experience managing multiple disciplines or multiple locions
• Strong analytical, communicion, and leadership skills
