We are currently seeking a full time mid shift Clinical Coordinator:
- Assist with the Hospital and Residential Nurse Manager in supervising planning organizing directing and coordinating the day to day operation of the unit including all personal related aspects of the department.
- Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership independent judgement and decision making skills.
- The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records scheduling staff development and other special projects.
- The Clinical Coordinator assesses learning needs and plans implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff (RNs and BHTs) in the department.
- Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment.
- Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs.
- Must have a bachelors degree and be a RN in the state of MO.
Schedule is Monday - Friday with an occasional day on the weekend.
