Project Manager (Healthcare)
Work Location: Remote with Travel (This role will require travel to the client site every other week. Client is in the state of Vermont)
Duration of Assignment: 6+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $60.00-$70.00/hr on W2
Job Description:
Note: This role will require travel to the client site every other week. Client is in the state of Vermont.
Responsibilities:
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic Health Record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems
• Manages engagement delivery against work plan; management of project tasks, risks, issues
• Delivers high quality service and deliverables to clients and capabilities to assess, design and implement new operating model and initiatives at clients
• Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders and performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of client operations and data to identify performance challenges and provide recommendations
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Health tech / vendor implementation experience
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle experience (eg. Epic)
• Experience in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare provider revenue cycle
• Experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to travel every other week to client site
