UiPath Business Analyst Healthcare Provider Epic Systems Intelligent Automation

• Lead process discovery workshops with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state workflows
• Identify automation opportunities using UiPath and Intelligent Automation technologies
• Create PDDs, BRDs, SDDs, use cases, and process maps
• Work closely with UiPath developers and technical teams
• Support UAT, SIT, testing, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with Epic analysts, clinical informatics, and operational leaders
• Perform ROI analysis and business case development for automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and healthcare security standards
• Support change management and process optimization efforts

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Healthcare Provider domain experience
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflow experience
• Experience with Revenue Cycle, Prior Authorization, Patient Access, HIM, Scheduling, or Clinical Operations
• Familiarity with UiPath/RPA concepts and automation lifecycle
• Experience creating BRD, PDD, SDD, RTM, UAT documentation
• Strong AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping skills
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, Epic APIs, or healthcare interoperability
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

• Epic Certification (Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, HIM, ClinDoc, Beaker, etc.)
• UiPath Business Analyst or UiRPA Certification
• CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification
• Process Mining / Task Mining experience
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Experience in HIPAA/HITECH compliant environments
