Were partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst with deep Epic Clarity expertise and strong revenue cycle analytics experience. This is a highly visible role supporting leadership decision-making, operational performance, and enterprise reporting across hospital and professional billing functions.

What Youll Do- Design, develop, test, and deploy standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and financial models based on defined business requirements
- Partner closely with business leaders, project managers, and analysts to translate operational needs into analytical solutions
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including hospital and physician billing systems, general ledger, budget, and cost accounting systems
- Serve as a key analytics partner supporting revenue cycle performance improvement , accountability, and decision-making
- Lead or support special analytical projects related to denials management, AR optimization, cash forecasting, and operational efficiency
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to revenue cycle workflows and KPIs
- Develop and help standardize certified datasets that serve as the single source of truth for revenue cycle performance
- Present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leadership
- Foster strong collaboration across revenue cycle and operational stakeholders
- Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity) Certification
- 3+ years of clinical revenue cycle experience
- Strong understanding of hospital billing and professional billing data
- Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Crystal Reports, EXCEL and Tableau
- Solid knowledge of relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
- Bachelors degree required (Health Informatics, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Advanced data analytics and data governance experience
- Building and maintaining standardized datasets for enterprise Revenue Cycle KPIs
- Developing root-cause analysis frameworks and predictive models
- Masters degree in Health Informatics, Business, Public Health, or a related field
- High-impact, enterprise level analytics work
