Job Description Provide operational leadership across a multidisciplinary healthcare environment supporting an international healthcare program in Iraq. Working closely with clinical leadership, department leads, and operational teams, this Health Services Manager role helps ensure efficient healthcare operations, workforce coordination, and continuity of clinical support within a structured international medical setting. Location: Balad, Iraq Key Responsibilities Oversee daily healthcare operations, staffing coordination, and administrative support activities across clinical and non-clinical departments. Partner with clinical leadership and operational teams to support workforce planning, onboarding, scheduling, training coordination, and service continuity. Maintain structured operational workflows by supporting quality initiatives, reporting processes, standardized operational practices, and cross-functional communication. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support healthcare delivery priorities, project timelines, and service continuity. Monitor performance metrics, prepare status reporting, and contribute to budget planning and service oversight. Support a collaborative team environment focused on patient care continuity, operational efficiency, and organizational compliance standards. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of project or healthcare operations management experience in a complex clinical environment. Experience supporting operations within a busy medical clinic or healthcare setting. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams. Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative operations, reporting workflows, and electronic medical record systems. Fluent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to relocate to Balad, Iraq and maintain a valid U.S. passport throughout assignment. Ability to meet pre-assignment medical and travel requirements. Preferred Medical or clinical operations background. PMP certification or prior healthcare project management experience. Experience supporting international, military, or government healthcare operations.
