This role is responsible for managing a team of 25 staff members and ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality patient experience. Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is essential. Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise administrative and front office staff. Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Operations Oversight: Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations. Ensure accurate documentation and records management using eClinicalWorks (eCW). Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Billing & Financial Coordination: Collaborate with billing team to monitor claims, collections, and reimbursements. Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure HIPAA compliance. Implement and monitor office policies and procedures. Prepare for audits and inspections. Patient Experience: Resolve patient concerns and improve service delivery. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement feedback-driven improvements. Technology & Systems: Manage and optimize use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system. Train staff on eCW workflows, updates, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT support for system maintenance and upgrades. Requirements: High School diploma and/or associate's degree 3-5 years of experience in medical office management, preferably in a specialty practice. Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes.
