Overview: Opportunity to support a mission-driven healthcare services organization Strategic role focused on business analysis, enterprise data strategy, and data visualization initiatives Partner with leadership and multiple business units to drive operational and clinical improvements Work with enterprise systems, healthcare data, and modern reporting platforms in a collaborative environment Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools Partner with operations, finance, clinical, billing, and support teams to improve organizational performance Analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to identify trends, correlations, and improvement opportunities Work with relational and non-relational data sources including SQL, Snowflake, and SharePoint Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams Support process improvement initiatives and performance optimization efforts across departments Preferred Experience: Strong experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization platforms such as Power BI Advanced SQL and data analysis skills Experience with enterprise BI tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts Background working with healthcare, clinical, or public safety data strongly preferred Experience gathering requirements and supporting enterprise-level business analysis initiatives Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile: Self-motivated and proactive professional with strong analytical skills Strong communicator who can collaborate across multiple business units and leadership levels Critical thinker with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis Team-oriented individual who can influence outcomes without direct authority Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Why choose Addison IT?
