The pay and schedule. $16.50/hour On-site in Tulsa, OK Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift scheduled between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, exact hours TBD All equipment provided Training is paid Benefits eligibility available for those who stay beyond 90 days What you'll be doing. Call active, in-network behavioral health providers from a client-provided list Help them complete their required enrollment paperwork before the program deadline Follow up with offices more than once in a professional, patient way Track and update every outreach accurately in our systems Work as part of a team hitting shared goals and metrics Represent our healthcare client with professionalism on every call You're the right person if: You're comfortable and polished speaking with healthcare professionals over the phone You stay organized and pay close attention to detail You can follow a process and stay compliant without cutting corners You bring patience and a positive attitude You can pass a federal background check and drug screen Contact center experience is a strong plus Only 10 spots.
