MRI Clinical Manager, Outpatient

In this full-time, on-site leadership role, you'll work Monday through Friday in a collaborative, patient-focused environment-leading talented professionals, enhancing imaging services, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

About the Role:

As Clinical Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our outpatient facility, ensuring that all imaging procedures-particularly MRI-are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest clinical standards. You will lead a team of skilled technologists and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily clinical operations, with a focus on MRI services
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality assurance measures
• Supervise and support clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with radiologists, referring physicians, and administrative teams to optimize patient care
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives

EDUCATION:

• Must hold current and valid MRI credentials.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

• Candidates with relevant existing licensure or certification will be required to maintain that licensure or certification.
