Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Case Management experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Connecticut license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Utilization Review - Case Manager

Rotating weekends one weekend every 5 week. Will not work major holidays and will rotate minor holidays.

Mandatory Overtime: During Personnels assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.

Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnels originally assigned facility) within the Personnels clinical competence.

28 bed unit

Minimum 3 years clinical experience required.

Needs experience with InterQual and indicia platforms.

CCM or ACM Preferred.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CCM (Certified Case Manager)
