Job Description

We re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our fast-paced medical logistics operations. In this role, you ll handle the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with medical handling standards.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical products and equipment

Accurately prepare and package outbound shipments

Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and tracking info

Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and high-value items

Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (training provided)

Requirements:

Prior experience in shipping/ receiving in medical manufacturing /logistics

Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping software

Proficiency in computer systems such as ERP applications.

Physical ability to lift and move packages as required

Experience:

Logistics: 2 years (Required)

Medical logistics /manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Shipping & receiving: 2 years (Required)

ERP systems: 2 years (Required)

Inventory control: 2 years (Required)

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
