Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Biomedical, Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Real Estate departments in coordinati on of the full life cycle of medical equipment from ordering through installation , return merchandise authorizations and repairs , RFP process support , special projects coordination within all areas of support . This role will work closely with all levels in the organization including but not limited to corp orate, r egional, and operational leadership, IT, t echnicians, internal colleagues, and external vendors .

  • Point of contact for tenants and corporate staff team membersto address property-related issues and coordination ofwork order requests.
  • Partner with Finance to enter equipment purchases into system for asset management.
  • Processes orders of equipment and partsfor the field service team across the organization.
  • Monitor and communicate the organization'sservice contracts renewals to optimize value and performance.
  • Schedule thedelivery and installation of medical equipment coordinating with the vendor, field service team, operations, and IT as needed .
  • E nsure smooth integration and setup with validation of m edical e quipment as recorded in the asset management system to include make, model , bar code, and serial number.
  • Special project coordination for all assigned areas of support .
  • Support national rollouts ensuring timely communication and coordinator duties to support successful project execution.
  • Serve as aliaison between the Biomedical Field Service team and ITto ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend and provide support for national vendor meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to theSenior Director of Facilities, Biomedical, and EHS Support Department to include real estate.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned .

Education / Experience / Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma required .
  • Associate and/ or bachelor's d egree preferred .
  • One to five years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, purchasing , asset management, real estate, or related fields.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing contracts and vendor relations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and field service personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location:

  • This is an on-site position based at the Corporate Headquarters.
