Financial Analyst - 340B Program (Healthcare) 100% Remote (PST) Candidates must sit in PST | Contract (6 months, potential extension) Pay: $50-$75/hr + benefits About the Opportunity A leading healthcare system is seeking a Financial Analyst with hands-on 340B program experience to support pharmacy financial operations and compliance reporting. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate reimbursement analysis, regulatory adherence, and financial transparency across pharmacy programs. Responsibilities: Prepare and review 340B program reporting , including threshold and regulatory requirements Analyze pharmacy reimbursement data and identify variances across vendor reports Support pharmacy finance operations and internal/external financial reporting Assist in evaluating payor / PBM contracts and reimbursement structures Contribute to Medicare cost reporting and revenue cycle activities Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy finance, financial analysis, or revenue cycle Direct experience working with the 340B drug pricing program (reporting, compliance, or analytics) Experience with at least one of the following: Pharmacy finance or reimbursement Medicare cost reporting Revenue cycle management PBM or payor contracting U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Experience working within a hospital, health system, or academic medical center Familiarity with 340B compliance, audits, or split-billing processes Strong Excel and data analysis skills Key Skills Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why This Role Work with a mission-driven healthcare organization Gain exposure to high-impact 340B program operations Fully remote with strong potential for extension Competitive pay + benefits How to Stand Out Candidates with experience in: 340B compliance / reporting Pharmacy reimbursement analytics Healthcare finance within hospital systems will be highly prioritized. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redwood City, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.01/hr.
