Patient Service Representative (Breckenridge Medical Center)

SMH is seeking a Patient Service Representative for Breckenridge Medical Center.

Position Summary

The Patient Service Rep. (Receptionist) is responsible for creating a positive experience to patients and visitors of Breckenridge Medical Center and ensures the highest level of customer service is provided. Other responsibilities include ensuring all activities affecting patient and billing are accurate, timely and fully documented. The Patient Service Rep also performs general office duties to ensure clinic front office activities are efficiently administered and coordinated.

Position Requirements

•High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Previous experience in Medical Office Clinic setting preferred

•Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems preferred

•Ability to use office equipment (fax machine, computer, copier, telephone, etc.)

•Bilingual Preferred
