Job Summary

Lead facilities operations across multiple healthcare sites within a region. Oversee performance financial management and compliance to ensure safe efficient and successful operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple facilities and operations teams
• Manage regional performance budgets and financial results
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
• Support and develop district leaders and staff
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Conduct site visits audits and business reviews
• Monitor maintenance programs and operational performance
• Support new business and operational initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required engineering preferred
• Ten years multi site facilities management experience
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards
• Experience with maintenance systems and reporting tools
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams
• Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred

• Master degree preferred CHFM certification preferred
• Union experience preferred

Salary: 

• $160-$180K
• Yearly $55K RDO Bonus Potential
