Case Manager, PRN

Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire an RN Case Manager.

This position is PRN (as needed), days, 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday.

The Case Manager is responsible for coordination of patient care with the appropriate members of the healthcare team with the organizations mission, goals and objectives in mind.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience in a variety of settings required
• Two years previous management experience required
• Knowledge of health care financial system required
