Pay or shift range: $112,000 USD to $140,000 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

This role is pivotal in developing strategic nursing initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred.
• RN license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Must be able to demonstrate evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies:
