Director of Nursing Location: Boston, MA

Overview: Our Director of Nursing role provides clinical leadership across nursing services within Boston locations. Our position oversees patient care delivery, nursing staff supervision, and regulatory compliance to ensure consistent high-quality standards. The role partners with leadership to strengthen operations and support coordinated interdisciplinary care.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule, standard office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations across care teams
• Manage patient care delivery and ensure effective care planning processes
• Supervise nursing staff, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Develop and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Support staff development, training, and leadership growth
• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in nursing or clinical supervision (DON/ADON or equivalent)
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance preferred
