Qualifications & Experience Requirements for MDS Coordinator:

* Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience as a MDS Coordinator

* Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university

* Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility

* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a ed Nurse in the state of Maryland
