Job Description:

Per Diem (PRN) must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am - 5pm

Develops and implements standardized reporting for community benefit programs. Acts as the content expert and point of contact for requests related to community benefit programs. Creates infographics and communication tools to effectively convey program information. Manages internal and external communication to enhance campus and community engagement. Researches and identifies grant opportunities to support community benefit initiatives. Maintains relationships with grant writers and oversees grant evaluation and tracking, if applicable. Leads outcome data analysis to measure the impact of community benefit programs. Manages leadership correspondence related to community benefit activities. Oversees updates to the department website to ensure current and accurate information. Ensures the execution of community benefit projects. Maintains files and budgets for community benefit programs. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities, which may include financial, programming and event activities to meet goals in an organized, prioritized fashion [Required]

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]

Competence in the latest computing software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office program: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point [Required]

Strong team building and leadership skills; ability to work with both campus and system leaders and executives in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required]

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously [Required]

Ability to organize and integrate multiple organizational priorities and deadlines across many programs at one time Ability to research, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend and implement successful strategies based on national best practices [Required]

Ability to read, analyze, and report on financial statements and program reports [Required]

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff, leadership, vendors, and customers of varying backgrounds in a professional manner [Required]

Ability to effectively make decisions and perform under stressful situations [Required]

Ability to effectively communicate via email, phone and in person with high level leaders, as well as all levels of team members [Required]

Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

in Public Health, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Business, Non-profit Management or related field

Work Experience:

2+ or more years project management experience in healthcare, business, government or community organization [Required]

Experience in budgets and financial performance analysis [Required]

Experience working with community and government leader [Preferred]

Experience working with healthcare and/or non-profit industry leaders [Required]

Health programming, charitable grants and/or community event experience [Required]
