At our 44-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as Home Health services to our patients, serving the communities of Northern Arizona. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

We are seeking a Home Health Office Coordinator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Two (2) years Home Health office experience, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of insurance and billing preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the Administrator, Director and Clinicians for Home Health Department. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
