Provides strategic direction for clinical quality performance metrics based on evidence-based best practice measures.
Monitors clinical performance and supports the development of improvement plans.
Partners to develop, revise, and recommend corporate clinical policies and benchmarks impacting quality.
Monitors utilization of clinical quality standards and evaluates clinical performance.
Manages performance for both acute and ambulatory care settings.
Supports adaptation of clinical strategies based on regulatory and compliance changes and innovation.
Synthesizes information from various sources to make informed decisions on quality.
Collaborates with facilities to execute best practices and develop medical protocols.
Supports an integrated approach to quality, safety, and clinical risk.
Leads divisional quality care initiatives to ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care.
Researches and identifies high-risk opportunities around Quality Safety Risk functions.
Provides support to facility Patient Safety and Quality Committees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
