As a Patient Access Associate , youre often the first point of contact during some of a patients most stressful and urgent situations. Whether its an unexpected emergency or a critical moment, you bring calm, clarity, and compassion from the very start.

Your ability to stay focused, organized, and empathetic helps patients and families feel supportedeven in high-pressure situations.

💼 What Youll Do (aka Keep Things Moving in Critical Moments)

• Greet and assist patients and families with urgency and empathy

• Register patients quickly and accurately during emergency visits

• Verify insurance, demographics, and required documentation

• Communicate clearly and compassionately in high-stress situations

• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Partner with clinical teams to maintain patient flow and efficiency

📋 Minimum Requirement

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
