Hospice Director of Clinical

RN Clinical Director - Hospice | Albuquerque, NM CONFIDENTIAL OVERVIEW Confidential hospice provider seeking an experienced RN clinical leader for a Clinical Director opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a branch-level clinical leadership role overseeing hospice clinical operations, interdisciplinary team performance, quality/compliance, and patient/family care delivery for an active hospice program. TARGET BACKGROUND Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of New Mexico. Hospice experience required; hospice clinical leadership strongly preferred. Minimum professional nursing experience in direct patient care within hospice, home health Strong understanding of terminal care, crisis intervention, pain and symptom management, bedside nursing, family support, and interdisciplinary hospice care delivery. Comfortable with EMR systems, clinical documentation, chart review, team leadership, staff coaching, and regulatory/compliance expectations. Current CPR certification, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation required.
