We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our Child & Family Services team in Lebanon. This is a leadership role for a clinician who is ready to move beyond individual practice - someone who invests in the growth of others, holds high standards for clinical quality, and can navigate the complexity of community behavioral health with both vision and pragmatism.
You will supervise and support a team of Master's-level clinicians, carrying responsibility for hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and professional development. You will also manage team caseload flow, provide clinical consultation, participate in utilization review, and help identify and remove systemic barriers to care. A portion of your own caseload will include direct clinical work with children and families.
This role is well-suited for a licensed clinician with supervisory experience - or a strong senior clinician ready to step into a formal leadership position - who is drawn to the mission of accessible, community-based care.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or equivalent field.
- Eligible for professional licensure in the State of New Hampshire
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Supervisory experience
- Must be willing to learn and utilize evidenced-based treatment models
- Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn necessary computer and technical skills essential to the position and agency needs.
- Ability to relate to staff, clients and community around a mental health system.
