Healthcare Data Analyst - Monthly Hybrid in Canton, MD - T2P Position (Local Preferred)

Healthcare Data Analyst Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support a Provider Data Transformation project within Salesforce. We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst who can support the extraction and creation of these metrics and reports. Responsibilities include:

- Understand data needs and advise company on technological resources.

- Partners with senior level team members to aggregate and analyze various data sets to provide actionable insight.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business-users.

- Develop technical solutions to improve access to data and data usage.

This position is a contract to permanent opportunity with our customer. Although primarily remote, there will be 2-3 onsite visits per month in their Columbia MD office. We are seeking candidates in one of the follow states to accommodate this onsite request: Wash DC, MD, PA, WV or DE.

Required Skills - Three (3)+ years as a Data Analyst with at least one (1) year of Healthcare Payor organization experience.

- Education Level: Bachelor''''s Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor''''s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

- Able to extract data and then document/create reports and metrics for senior leadership review

- Required Tech Stack: MS Office (entire suite), Databricks, Tableau, Python OR Salesforce

- FACETS is a big plus
