For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for

Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.

Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible;

former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a 36 hour per week position.

MaineHealth is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to support our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in Belfast. In this role, you'll be the first friendly face patients see, helping them feel welcome and supported as they navigate their healthcare journey. From scheduling appointments to answering questions and assisting with patient needs, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
