We are currently seeking a part time Credentialing Specialist to join our credentialing team.
The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the credentialing and recredentialing processes for healthcare providers. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, verifies provider qualifications, and maintains accurate records to support organizational and accreditation requirements.

Manage end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing processes for providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies
Maintain and update provider records in credentialing databases and systems
Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and insurance; initiate renewals as needed
Communicate with providers, internal departments, and external agencies to obtain necessary documentation

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of credentialing experience in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of credentialing standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines
Experience with credentialing software/databases
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
