Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to patient care, including documentation and record-keeping
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling for patient care services
- Oversee distribution of medical supplies and equipment
- Handle reimbursement and billing processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Oversee Policies and Procedures for the office and make sure they are being followed.
Required Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges
- Knowledge of wellness practices and patient care principles
- Ability to onboard and train new staff members effectively
- Experience in staffing and distribution management
- Knowledge of the Medicare part A Hospice benefit
- Administrator Hospice experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in engineering, auditing, finance, or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Knowledge of filing and record-keeping best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
