Technology: Register patients in Biometrics and promote MyUPMC portal. Financial Advocacy: Educate patients on financial responsibilities and connect them to resources. Compliance: Verify insurance, obtain consent signatures, and follow HIPAA regulations. Admin Tasks: Handle phone calls, scan records, and perform office duties.
