They're now looking for their first dedicated Account Manager someone ready to own the entire post-sale motion and help define what world-class customer success looks like at a company on a hypergrowth trajectory. The Opportunity This is not a role where you inherit someone else's playbook. You'll build it . As the Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for some of the largest clinical research site networks in the country working directly with C-suite and VP-level executives and you'll have full commercial ownership from day one. The company's AI-powered SMS and Voice agents have been battle-tested across 500K+ patient interactions, 190+ sites, and 300+ clinical trials , delivering the highest patient conversion rates on the market. Your job is to make sure customers realize that value and expand it. What You'll Own Retention & Expansion across the full customer book, managing relationships with CEOs, COOs, and CROs at leading research site networks Quarterly Business Reviews grounded in real performance data study volume, screen-fail rates, ROI against contract terms Revenue Growth through new study onboarding, additional site expansions, and adoption of new AI voice and SMS products Contract Negotiations renewals, amendments, and pricing discussions with senior stakeholders Voice of the Customer synthesizing feedback into structured product input that shapes the roadmap Why This Role Stands Out Backed by the best Andreessen Horowitz, Jack Altman, and the Co-Founder of Flatiron Health (the largest pharma tech exit of all time) Real commercial traction largest live contract worth $450K+ annually; pipeline growing entirely from customer referrals Mission that matters clinical trial delays cost the industry $600K-$8M per day ; this company is solving it High ownership, high impact you're not a cog in a machine. You're defining how account management works at a company solving a $100B+ industry problem Exceptional compensation $140K-$160K base + 0.1-0.3% equity at a Series A company with serious momentum What We're Looking For Experience & Seniority 2-8 years of B2B account management or post-sale experience , with at least 1-2+ years of direct commercial ownership including retention and expansion quotas (NRR, GRR, expansion ARR) Background at a healthcare technology company think Headway, Tennr, Latent Health, Tandem, AI Growth Therapy, or similar seed-to-Series B health tech startups Proven experience selling into or managing SMB healthcare accounts clinics, research sites, or health systems (not pharma/biotech enterprise) Track record of managing executive relationships (CEO, COO, VP-level) with a defined book of business and measurable results be prepared to cite specific dollar amounts retained and expanded Experience operating without a pre-built playbook you've built processes from scratch and thrived in ambiguity Hard Skills Has personally owned upsell and expansion metrics NRR, GRR, expansion ARR Can speak concretely to dollar amounts retained and expanded in prior roles Comfortable leading data-driven business reviews with senior stakeholders Education Bachelor's degree from a top-25 university preferred though strong experience will always speak louder than credentials High Agency Profile Energized by early-stage environments where the structure doesn't yet exist You don't wait for a process to be handed to you you build it, test it, and iterate This Role Is NOT For You If You've been in a pure CSM or support role without retention/expansion quota ownership Your background is exclusively in large pharma, biotech, or enterprise healthcare (e.g., Regeneron, J&J) the SMB motion here is fundamentally different You've never had direct commercial accountability for a book of business Compensation & Details Base Salary $140,000 - $160,000 Equity 0.1% - 0.3% Location San Francisco, CA (on-site, 5 days/week) Education Top-25 university preferred; not required Team Size ~8 people Stage Seed / Series A, $4.3M raised Ready to Apply?
