Job Description
Taylor Care Adult Behavioral Health At Berlin is seeking a motivated, experienced, dedicated and compassionate LCADC to fill the position of Director of Substance Abuse Counseling, for our SUD Outpatient services.
Our SUD Program includes Partial Care, IOP, OP & Co-Occurring services.
Requirements for the position:
- LCADC in NJ
- CCS
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor:
- Ensuring that treatment are consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices, for each level of care and type of client served by the program.
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the SUD services, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with Taylor Care's mission and values.
- Train, and supervise a team of counselors, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional Client care.
- Assist with Intakes and may carry a minimal caseload.
- Ensure prior authorizations are obtained for treatment as applicable.
- Familiar with NJSAMS data entry.
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with the prescriber to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
