Job Description


Taylor Care Adult Behavioral Health At Berlin is seeking a motivated, experienced, dedicated and compassionate LCADC to fill the position of Director of Substance Abuse Counseling, for our SUD Outpatient services.

Our SUD Program includes Partial Care, IOP, OP & Co-Occurring services.

Requirements for the position:

  • LCADC in NJ
  • CCS

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor:

  • Ensuring that treatment are consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices, for each level of care and type of client served by the program.
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the SUD services, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with Taylor Care's mission and values.
  • Train, and supervise a team of counselors, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional Client care.
  • Assist with Intakes and may carry a minimal caseload.
  • Ensure prior authorizations are obtained for treatment as applicable.
  • Familiar with NJSAMS data entry.
  • Monitor program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the prescriber to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
