At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Address: 3094 Charles Town Rd, Kearneysville, WV 25430 Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: Full Time, Sunday-Thursday 11am-7pm Deliverables/Principal Results Expected: Explain and sign admission paperwork, process and copy driver's license/insurance information, create/start client treatment file. Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for client and assist in getting letter for admission/discharge Facilitate admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed. Maintain paperwork/notes/application statuses as needed for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements Conduct level of care assessments on all clients. Complete aftercare goals with detox only clients, set up aftercare and complete discharge summaries. Other duties as assigned.
