As a Business Analyst II on the Payor & Provider Operations team, you'll be at the heart of digital transformation for Canadian healthcare organizations. You'll partner with healthcare practitioners, implementation teams, and technology leaders to drive successful adoption of TELUS Health solutions from training and workflow optimization to seamless data migration.

What you'll do
Partner with healthcare organizations to understand their current clinical workflows and identify optimization opportunities within TELUS Health solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between client needs and technology capabilities
Deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse healthcare practitioners (doctors, nurses, administrative staff) to drive software adoption and achieve high customer satisfaction scores
Lead workflow analysis sessions with clients to map current processes and design efficient workflows within the new system, translating clinical requirements into technical specifications
Conduct data mapping and data validation activities with clients to ensure accurate data migration, minimize post-implementation issues, and maintain clinical data integrity
Collaborate with Project Managers, fellow Business Analysts, and Implementation teams to coordinate timelines, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure successful go-live outcomes
Document clinical workflows, system configurations, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across implementations
What you bring
2+ years of experience in business analysis, clinical operations, learning and development, or a related role in healthcare or regulated environments
Demonstrated experience delivering training programs to diverse audiences, including clinical and frontline staff
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and/or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows
Strong attention to detail with experience in data validation, data mapping, or similar quality-assurance activities
Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
Great-to-haves
Experience with PS Suite, MedAccess, Collaborative Health Records (CHR), or other Electronic Medical Record systems
Background or familiarity working in a healthcare environment
Experience with learning facilitation or training delivery in a non-traditional setting
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
