**Qualifications:**
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BS MT) with ASCP certification required
- Masters degree in related field such as MBA or MPH preferred
- CIC certification (Certified in Infection Control) mandatory and must be maintained
- Minimum five years of hospital experience, including three years in managing a hospital infection prevention and control program
- Proficiency in using and interpreting the CDC NHSN database
- Strong skills in data presentation using tools like Excel
- Excellent strategic leadership and presentation capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of microbiology and healthcare-associated infection protocols
