Supervisor, Patient Financial Services Physician Billing

Are you a results-driven revenue cycle leader ready to make an impact? As the Supervisor of Patient Financial Services Physician Billing, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing workflows, and leading high-performing teams across multiple functional areas within the revenue cycle.
This position offers the opportunity to lead and influence key departments, including the Cash Applications, Credit, Cash Posting, and Senior Accounting, ensuring seamless coordination, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial operations.

We are seeking a leader with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, who can successfully manage the full lifecycle of physician billingimproving cash flow, reducing denials, and strengthening financial controls.

Supervise and evaluate business office staff and the delivery of all patient account services; oversee the interpretation and communication of departmental policies to patients, insurance representatives, and medical personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Or equivalent education/experience
    • Or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years Progressively more responsible work experience within a healthcare environment.
