Southern Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Regional Manager to support and lead correctional healthcare operations across multiple facilities throughout Wisconsin.

This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to mentor clinical teams, build strong facility partnerships, and influence the quality of patient care on a regional level. Youll serve as a key leader supporting nursing staff, guiding operational success, and helping facilities maintain excellence in correctional healthcare delivery.

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple jail medical units throughout Wisconsin
• Mentor, coach, and support on-site nursing and medical teams
• Partner with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership to strengthen healthcare operations
• Assist facilities with staffing support, clinical guidance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare protocols
• Support training, onboarding, and development of nursing staff
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide occasional clinical coverage as needed
• Travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays
