Executive Director of Hospice

St. Camillus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Hospice Services to lead our growing hospice program. This executive leader will drive clinical excellence, operational performance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring compassionate, patient- and family-centered end-of-life care.

As Executive Director, you will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice services
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and accreditation standards
• Oversee clinical operations, care delivery, documentation, and interdisciplinary team performance
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction outcomes
• Develop and manage departmental budgets in partnership with senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing interdisciplinary team
• Strengthen relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare providers
• Champion a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement

• RN License (Wisconsin) and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• 5+ years of hospice or home health experience , with strong regulatory knowledge
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice or related healthcare setting
• Expertise in compliance, surveys, audits, and accreditation processes
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve quality outcomes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
