Position#Summary Provides clerical support for the programs and services associated with the Child Development Center/Pediatric Rehabilitation Program. Primary Position Responsibilities 1.Completes intakes for Pediatric Rehabilitation and schedules patients. 2.Maintains daily Pediatric Rehabilitation Schedule. 3.Registers patients in Affinity. 4.Accurately enters Pediatric Rehabilitation charges. 5.Completes all insurance requirements. 6.Maintains patient and treatment statistics. 7.Assists with other clerical support. # Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Certificate and/or Advanced Specialization or technical training in office management preferred Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: One to three years secretarial and customer service experience. Preferred: Exposure to a medical facility with experience in appointments, registration, and insurance and office budgets Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, ability to adjust and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload.
