Full Time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are currently looking for a dependable, detail oriented, and patient focused Patient Service Representative to join our growing Greenville team.

What You Will Do

As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, referral sources, and healthcare partners. This role plays an important part in ensuring patients receive timely and accurate support throughout the scheduling and intake process.

Responsibilities include:

Answering a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently

Scheduling patient appointments and managing intake information

Collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information

Entering accurate information into electronic medical record systems

Assisting patients with appointment and account related questions

Verifying insurance coverage and authorization requirements

Communicating with physician offices and referral sources regarding patient information

Screening calls and documenting detailed messages when needed

Supporting administrative and operational tasks as assigned

What We Are Looking For

High school diploma or GED required

2 to 3 years of customer service, scheduling, or data entry experience

Healthcare, medical office, or call center experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with medical terminology preferred

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Professional communication and phone etiquette

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in an office environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

Attendance Expectations

This role includes a 90 day probationary period with strict attendance expectations. No missed days, late arrivals, or early departures are permitted during this period unless otherwise approved. Consistency and dependability are critical for success in this role.
