RN/ RN Case Manager - Mercer Home Health

Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking a RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team is responsible for direct patient care. . The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills along with ability to work independently in the home environment. The position requires approx 8-12 weeks of training along side designated preceptor mon - fri , daytime hours.

• Basic Computer skills
• Available for weekend, holiday rotations
