Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare

A Senior Business Analyst is sought for a US healthcare project to support clients in developing business case proposals, including scope definition, objectives, resource requirements, costs, benefits, and timelines. This role also involves assisting business owners with business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases during project implementation. The Senior Business Analyst will develop and implement solutions aligned with business needs and healthcare regulations, while also monitoring and assisting with the skill development of assigned project analysts. Key Responsibilities Facilitate meetings with organizations. Evaluate and design healthcare processes for improved efficiency and outcomes. Import, cleanse, transform, validate, and analyze data for data modeling, integration, and decision-making. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in. Utilize data model and Data Warehouse concepts to create ETL jobs for dimension and fact tables. Gather and integrate health-related data from various sources. Analyze data and build models to discover market trends and patterns. Present and explain information to upper management to suggest improvements and add business value. Suggest ways to increase healthcare quality and reduce costs. Present and explain information, such as budgeting reports, in an easy-to-understand manner. Build data and information models to capture a wide range of healthcare operations. Create and validate record-keeping processes. Collaborate with internal teams and upper management to implement system improvements and upgrades. Conduct interviews and workshops to understand business needs. Develop use cases, scenarios, and business process descriptions. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions. Test and validate new systems and processes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience. ITSM implementation experience or ServiceNow specific implementation experience is mandatory. 3 years of experience with ITSM/ServiceNow. 3 years of experience supporting Infrastructure-based projects. 3 years of experience with data analysis tools and techniques. 5+ years of experience with Business Process Tools like Visio. 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards. Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools. Previous experience creating detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant software and technologies (e.g., EHR, BI tools).
