Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our patient-focused team.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Schedules patients appropriately allowing sufficient clinic time.
- Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of patients
- Ensures that accurate patient information is obtained, co-payments are collected, and billing information is provided
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Front office experience in a physicians office or similar setting.
- Computer experience preferred
- Medical terminology preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be well organized and possess good time management skills
