Job Summary: 

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a National Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead Healthcare Facilities Management (FM) operations across multiple regions. This executive role is responsible for P&L performance, operational excellence, and national growth strategy, while leading Regional Directors and multi-site teams. You must be willing to reside in or relocate to the Midwest United States

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Full P&L ownership (budgeting, forecasting, profitability) 
  • Lead & develop Regional Directors and FM leadership teams 
  • Ensure compliance with EOC, regulatory, and FM standards 
  • Manage hospital client relationships & contract negotiations 
  • Drive national growth, new business, and performance improvement 
  • Oversee quality, operations, and multi-site execution 
  • Analyze KPIs, financials, and regional performance metrics 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 10+ years in Healthcare Facilities Management leadership overseeing maintenance operations in acute care hospitals
  • Multi-Health System oversight
  • Implementing start-up accounts
  • Project Management
  • Sales support
  • Proven P&L management experience (multi-site/national scope) 
  • Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills 
  • Microsoft Office proficiency 

Preferred: 

  • Master’s degree 
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license 
  • Experience in healthcare support services or large-scale operations 

Salary:

  • $200,000 - $240,000 annually
