Job Summary:
Crothall Healthcare is hiring a National Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead Healthcare Facilities Management (FM) operations across multiple regions. This executive role is responsible for P&L performance, operational excellence, and national growth strategy, while leading Regional Directors and multi-site teams. You must be willing to reside in or relocate to the Midwest United States
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership (budgeting, forecasting, profitability)
- Lead & develop Regional Directors and FM leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with EOC, regulatory, and FM standards
- Manage hospital client relationships & contract negotiations
- Drive national growth, new business, and performance improvement
- Oversee quality, operations, and multi-site execution
- Analyze KPIs, financials, and regional performance metrics
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years in Healthcare Facilities Management leadership overseeing maintenance operations in acute care hospitals
- Multi-Health System oversight
- Implementing start-up accounts
- Project Management
- Sales support
- Proven P&L management experience (multi-site/national scope)
- Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience in healthcare support services or large-scale operations
Salary:
- $200,000 - $240,000 annually
