Required Skills: Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in an executive role within healthcare or related organizations Strong strategic planning and operational management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of healthcare practices, revenue cycle management, and compliance standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare regulations Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions Must possess current AHA BLS certification Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Nice to Have Skills: Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care settings Familiarity with value-based care and Medicare Advantage models Background in rapidly growing or multi-site healthcare organizations Advanced proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and healthcare reporting tools Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a multi-provider healthcare setting Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for organizational needs Must hold current AHA BLS certification Why Choose Medical Edge?
