StartDate: 6/1/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES - Care Coordination / Continuum of Care / Discharge Planning / Patient Focus and Care Plans / Resource Utilization
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - FL/compact RN license; BLS; 2 years case manager experience in an acute hospital setting; Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break; Knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8:00AM-4:30PM with every other weekend
SYSTEMS - Meditech, Midas, Interqual
START DATE - ASAP
