This role defines the financial architecture of the medical group, aligning economics with systema'wide goals, advancing valuea'based care, and enabling operational excellence across all clinical service lines. Master#s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance required, with direct experience supporting medical group or ambulatory operations. Experience working within shared services and dyad leadership models required. Experience leading through change in large, matrixed healthcare organizations required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Expertise in medical group or ambulatory financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compensation modeling, and performance analytics. Advanced financial modeling, analytics, and business case development skills required. Strong understanding of physician compensation structures, productivity metrics, and market benchmarking. Proven strategic leadership ability with influence across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership teams and boards.
