As the Director of Patient Care services, you'll lead a team of passionate RN's and ancillary staff, ensuring that our patients receive quality care while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have nursing leadership, staff development, patient satisfaction, quality care, budget, operational efficiency, strategy/planning and driving great care.
